Our Process: From Idea to Intelligent Reality
Initial Contact & Connection:
Start with a simple email, call, or form submission sharing your idea. I'll respond within 1-2 business days to schedule our first chat. We can meet in-person at your office, a local coffee shop, or another mutual spot — or go virtual if that works better. This is our chance to get acquainted and ensure we're a good fit.
Discovery & Brainstorming Session:
In our first meeting (typically 45-60 minutes), we'll dive deep. I'll listen to your goals, challenges, and vision, asking questions to uncover the full picture. We'll brainstorm together — exploring possibilities, potential technologies (like AI integrations, custom apps, SaaS tools, or automation), and how it fits your business or industry. No idea is too niche or ambitious; this is where we refine it into a feasible plan.
Custom Proposal & Quote:
Based on our discussion, I'll craft a tailored proposal outlining the scope, recommended tech stack, timeline, milestones, and pricing (often with flexible options like fixed-price or phased payments). You'll get this within 3-5 business days, including any initial sketches or wireframes if helpful. We can iterate until it feels right.
Agreement & Kickoff:
Once you're happy, we'll sign a simple contract (protecting both sides) and kick things off. I'll set up a shared project space (e.g., via tools like Trello or Google Drive) for easy updates, feedback, and collaboration. This ensures you're always in the loop.
Design & Development Phase:
We move into building — starting with design (UI/UX prototypes for apps or systems). Then comes core development, testing iterations, and integrations (e.g., AI agents, generative features, or custom software). I provide regular demos and check-ins (weekly or bi-weekly), incorporating your feedback to keep things on track. Milestones mean you see progress without waiting for the end.
Testing, Refinement, & Launch:
Rigorous testing follows — for functionality, security, performance, and user experience. We'll refine based on your input until it's perfect. Finally, we launch: deploying to the App Store, servers, or wherever needed, with training/handover for your team.
